PH168 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PH168. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and PH168 ("we," "us," "the Platform") with respect to your use of the PH168 website located at ph168.asia and all associated services, games, promotions, and tools offered through the platform.

By registering a PH168 account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform — even if you do not complete registration — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use PH168.

These Terms apply in addition to the rules specific to individual games, promotions, and bonus offers, which are published separately on the relevant pages of the PH168 platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules take precedence for that game or promotion only.

2. Eligibility

To open a PH168 account and use our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PH168 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request age verification documents from any player where there is doubt. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and where access to PH168 is not restricted or prohibited.
• You must be opening and operating the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as a nominee for a third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from PH168 or placed on any self-exclusion list.
• You must not be employed by PH168, its subsidiaries, affiliates, payment processors, or software providers, nor be a family member of such an employee.

PH168 reserves the right to request verification of any of the above conditions at any time. Players who provide false information to meet eligibility requirements will have their accounts closed and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to open and operate exactly one PH168 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, PH168 reserves the right to close all accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. This information must match your government-issued identification documents. PH168 will request these documents before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time we deem necessary.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PH168 account credentials. Never share your password or login details with any other person. PH168 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. PH168 is not liable for any losses arising from a player sharing their credentials voluntarily or failing to maintain account security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

PH168 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its legal obligations. This process — commonly called Know Your Customer (KYC) — requires you to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys ID) and may also require proof of address and proof of payment method. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

PH168 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically credited to your PH168 wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method.

PH168 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, some payment providers may charge their own transaction fees — please check with your payment provider before depositing. PH168 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that the player has previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in the player's own name. PH168 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. PH168 VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso only.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

PH168 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. For withdrawals above ₱50,000, full KYC documentation is required. This is a regulatory requirement and is not subject to waiver. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

PH168 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. Players must read and accept the applicable promotion terms before claiming any bonus. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at PH168 are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the PH168 platform.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related balances.
• PH168 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, players who have already claimed the bonus will be given reasonable time to complete applicable wagering requirements.
• Free spins and free bets have a maximum winnings cap unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.4 VIP and Loyalty Programme

PH168's VIP Club operates on four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on loyalty points earned from real-money wagering activity. Points and tier status are awarded at PH168's discretion and are not redeemable for cash directly. Tier benefits including cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits, and exclusive bonuses are subject to the VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on PH168 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. PH168 will not void confirmed bets due to player error unless there has been a demonstrable technical fault on the platform's side.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on PH168. These limits are displayed within each game and on each betting market. PH168 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including restricting individual accounts to lower maximum bets where there is evidence of advantage play or where required by risk management procedures.

6.3 Cancelled and Void Bets

In sports betting, a bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window. For live bets, PH168 follows standard industry void rules, which are detailed in the sport-specific rules sections within the sportsbook. For casino games, a round may be voided due to a verified technical fault, in which case all stakes are returned to the player's wallet.

6.4 Palpable Errors

PH168 reserves the right to void bets placed at prices that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds that were published at a price obviously resulting from a technical error or data feed failure. Bets voided under this provision will have stakes returned in full to the player's wallet. PH168 will not profit from palpable error situations and will act fairly in all such cases.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PH168. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple accounts — creating more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade previous account closures.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or games with a competitive element.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonuses through systematic betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or using bonus funds in a way that clearly circumvents the purpose of the promotion.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on PH168. Any account involved in a chargeback will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Money laundering — using PH168 to launder funds or to obscure the origin of any money. PH168 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Software exploitation — using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to exploit platform features, games, or promotional mechanics.

8. Responsible Gaming

PH168 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress or personal harm. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

9. Privacy and Data

PH168 uses your personal data for the following purposes: account management and identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and security monitoring, regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering obligations, and to communicate with you about your account and promotions (where you have opted in to marketing communications).

PH168 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and payment processors as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PH168 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software, sound effects, and promotional materials — is owned by PH168 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PH168 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any PH168 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of PH168 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PH168 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform
• Delays or failures caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or technical problems outside PH168's direct control
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to maintain account security
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from the player's failure to read and comply with these Terms, applicable game rules, or bonus terms

PH168's total liability to any player for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits PH168's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 PH168 Initiated Closure

PH168 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, regulatory requirements, or risk management decisions. In cases where the account closure is due to a breach by the player, PH168 may retain funds in the account pending investigation.

12.2 Player Initiated Closure

You may close your PH168 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closing, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided you have completed KYC verification and there are no pending investigations on the account. Account closure due to self-exclusion is governed by the Responsible Gaming terms above.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. PH168 will notify the player by email before applying dormant account fees. Dormant account administration fees of ₱100 per month may be deducted from the account balance after the notification period. The balance will never be reduced below zero, and the account can be reactivated at any time simply by logging in.

13. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your PH168 account or any bet or transaction, please follow the process below:

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction. PH168 will not consider disputes raised after this period unless there are exceptional circumstances.

14. Amendments to These Terms

PH168 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the PH168 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments — such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or changes required by regulation — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the PH168 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account. Your pre-amendment rights regarding any funds held in your account will be preserved.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PH168 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. We hold the necessary licences required to offer our services to players in the Philippines and maintain full compliance with the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the country.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with one that achieves the same intent to the extent permitted by law.
